    Last summer, we participated in the first annual United Way Garage Sale. With promotions done by Cumulus Broadcasting, we accepted 3,000 donations of used children's clothing and cleaned and pressed each item. The United Way hosted the garage sale in our parking lot on Kemp Street. The sale was a great success and we are proud to have helped.

    During the Labor Day Weekend Jerry's Kids Telethon , Comet Cleaners hosts a portion of the telethon. During this time, we match contributions of the callers.

    This program directly benefits Wichita Falls and the medical community benefiting children. We accept donations of new or used coats and clean them. The coats are distributed at no cost by the Faith Mission and the Salvation Army to those who need them. This program begins Thanksgiving and ends New Year's. 2007, we cleaned over 2,500 coats.
